Percussion CMS Occasional Author Workshop

Odin Solutions will be facilitating a workshop for Percussion UK customers. The focus will be to generate feedback based upon the experiences of infrequent and occasional users of the CMS.

As a first step participating organisations will be asked to circulate a short online questionnaire amongst it's users, this will ask how difficult or easy they find it to perform tasks within the system, as well as inviting any additional comments.

The information gathered from the questionnaires will then be used as the platform for further discussion at the workshop. We hope that this will produce a set of criteria and suggestions which can be presented to Percussion for inclusion in the Percussion CM System product development roadmap.
